Twin Star Exorcists - Part 1 Scaling Changes

Pretty small upgrade. Rokuro and Benio shouldn't be 8-B or even 8-A, they scale to both Kamui and Yuto on the low end, both 7-B characters. I'll also be updating Yuto and Kamui stats as well. This sandbox fixes that.

No, there's no need for it to be a separate key. I believe the new policy is to reserve keys for truly distinct versions of the characters.
For instance, Hebi Sasuke vs FKS Sasuke.
In the Raikage's case, all he needs are keys for his Alive and Edo selves.

I mean, since we usually separate "Base", "Sage Mode" and "Kurama Mode" into different tabs for Naruto, for example, would it be better to treat the Lightning Chakra Mode the same way, or should we just keep everything in the two tabs "Alive" and "Edo Tensei" as they currently are?
