SCP-682 "Immunities" Removal

I noticed that SCP-682 is listed as having IMMUNITY to Reality Warping and Plot Manipulation.

And this sounds really fallacious to me. A character can be immune against a lot of powers, but saying he no sells these two powers like that when even beings such as Emrakul are listed as having "only" Extreme Resistance against it sounds very strange and even like a NLF as a more skilled manipulator with feats of his/her own could always be a match for him.

I do believe only characters on levels similar to High 1-A could possibly have said immunities (To Reality Warping in particular, since Plot Manipulation could be either a variation of it or some kind of Fate Manipulation/Causality Manipulation depending on the series).

So, since SCP-682 already has Acausality (denied events set in stone), Plot Manipulation immunity should be removed and the same goes for Reality Warping Immunity. Perhaps he could get resistance to it.

Thoughts?

He resisted being reality warped into a cat by SCP-1237 and resisted SCP-826's plot manipulation powers. Perhaps just change it to resistance instead of immunity?

Being turned into a cat sounds more like transmutation than reality warping, so resistances to transmutation sounds better.

"After being exposed to SCP-536 gained the ability to restructure its body to resist extreme radiation, extreme changes in the laws of physics and the fundamental forces, and being instantly accelerated to the speed of light. It was then reduced to nothing but quarks and was able to regenerate. It found the entire experience enjoyable."

I post this feat, but I suppose I will agree with it.

Well I always thought it went without saying that is a 3rd dimensional character was "immune" to a hax the hax would still work if done by say a Tier 1 character.

Considering Tier 0's exist, no character on this wiki could truly be "immune" to a hax then.

Though I guess changing it to resistance is fine.

@Ryu I don't know exactly what resistances he should get, the only part that striked me as really strange was that whole Immunity to these two powers in particular, as much higher beings can still be ultimately affected by them depending on the opponent.

He could be immune to any kind of power out there, but Reality Warping and Plot Manipulation are two powers with so many uses and applications that you can't say the character would no sell every Reality Warper out there (even in a similar dimension) just because he no selled some reality warping from other characters in his own series.

EDIT: I'm not comparing him to a higher dimensional. I'm saying that all tiers are always subject to this kind of power unless they are already beyond all of this like High 1-A. Even powerful reality warpers can still be affected by other Reality Warpers, so I doubt a 3D being could possibly be immune.

SCP-1237 is a reality warper though.
I get that weekly, but in this scenario, turning SCP into a day is just transmutation, now if he reality warped the world he lived in where he was born as a cat instead but than broke that law by returning to his original form, than that would count as resistance to reality waiting since he basically broke the reality he was in.

But all it did was turn him into a cat, so IMHO that just sounds like plain old transmutation, regardless if the one who turned him is also a reality Warper.

@Grudge

It's entirely possible to be reality warped into another object, it doesn't always have to be Transmutation.

@Fate Well ultimately any character's immunity to anything could be overriden by a Tier 0 if they decided to use that same power on them. So I wouldn't agree with removing someone's "immunity" to a power just because a more powerful entity could hypothetically negate it.

Though I guess Reality Warping is too broad to grant "immunity" to and SCP's feats might not be enough to constitute that.

So I suppose I agree with changing it to resistance.

@Weekly question, did SCP know he was a cat or at first he really only thought he was a cat until blah blah he went back to his old form. Cause if it's the second option than yes, resistance to reality warping sounds alright.

But if he still retained his old memories even as car, than resistant to transmutation sound more like it than reality warping.

@Ryu Even on the same dimensional level, depending on the Reality Warper/Plot Manipulator he can always have the possibility of doing something to the opponent depending on his/her feats.

The higher dimensional example I was giving was that, "assuming Emrakul fought a being on the same dimensional level as well, even he would have Extreme Resistance, not Immunity, despite it being that hard to affect with things like Reality Warping due to the very nature of his being."

Anyways, like I said, SCP-682 could get resistance to RW and PM. I'd be okay with that and with whatever else he gets invulnerability against, granted it's not one of these two powers.

@Fate Yeah you have a point there. I'm fine with just resistance.

@Grudge I just gonna stated that after 682 was exposed to SCP-536 gained the ability to restructure its body to resist extreme radiation, extreme changes in the laws of physics and the fundamental forces, and being instantly accelerated to the speed of light. It was then reduced to nothing but quarks and was able to regenerate. It found the entire experience enjoyable.

@Grudge

As I said, being changed into a cat doesn't have to be transmutation, it could easily just be another version of Reality Warping.

@Grudge He was told to have a lucid dream about 682 being a housecat with no special powers that the Foundation personnel could easily kill. 682 was then turned into a housecat, everyone associated with the dream including the instance of 1237 died, and 682 turned back into his good ol' lizardy abomination self.
