So, last tournament did not work out at all. So, let's move onto this one. It should be interesting enough. Relatively Haxy tournament! But first, let's go over the rules.
1. 2 per entries per person. And Let's try and stay away from same series battles. (There can be some exceptions should characters never canonically meet and or they are different enough)
2. They must be relatively Haxy. By that I mean, they have decent to good haxs, but nothing insane. No Bill Cipher. No Thanos. They will be judged case by case. Someone could easily have some good high tier haxs such as Matter haxs or erase existence, but still be allowed as it either takes time to activate, or is not very in character. Someone who can stop time for 10 seconds via thought haxs is far more likely than someone who can stop time permanently with a wave of their finger or thought. Trying to stay away from that so there's room for debate in fight. And try and stay away from people who have haxs but are immune to basically all haxs. I want room for debate again.
3. Speed will always be equalized. And If a fight is a range stomp, we shall attempt to make it closer to fit both of their range options.
4. An inconclusive will be settled with a dice roll. (That's right. A dice roll). And a stomp will simply eliminate the weaker one. If one of them is found to break the rules instead however. They are eliminated
5. Speed will be equal in all these fights
6. They can vary in tier if they have durability bypassing stuff. Those kinds of haxs are fine as long as they aren't broken to a degree and or aren't an immediate opener (thanos snaps. GG)
7. Please don't abandon this bracket
