This is the official thread for requesting calcs to be done by the members of the Calc Group and other senior editors.

However, this help is entirely optional, and the people who do the requesting cannot expect that anybody will somehow be automatically interested in doing the requested calcs.

It is not allowed to complain about delays in producing calcs. It is also strictly prohibited to spam the message walls of Admins and the members of the Calc group to have a look at the thread.

You are also not allowed to bump posts that have already appeared within the same thread, as this spams the thread, turns it incoherent, and reduces the chance of the calc group members being interested in helping out at all, as they may feel constantly pestered for attention.

The calc group will have a final say as to whether a calc is feasible or not, and will discuss internally who is to do the calc.

If a calculation has been performed and accepted, please add it to the related verse page.

Take note that a lot of different types of common standard feats have already been calculated, so preferably browse through this page before making a request, to see whether or not it is necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This thread is only for posting requests, and for the calculation group to respond to said requests. Off-topic discussion is absolutely not allowed, and will result in the posts being deleted, and the ones responsible possibly receiving a block. However, you are allowed to answer questions from the calculation group members.

As our calc group members are people too, we realise that their work is time-consuming. Given the daily volume of calculations that the team is tasked with performing, it is important that you give your requests proper classifications, as detailed in the official Calculation Evaluations and Requests Instructions page.

If your requested feat has already been properly calculated by the calc group, please update your post to state this in a bolded font, as this makes it easier for calc group members to tell which requests that have been overlooked.

So, here we go---!

Verse: Final Fantasy VII

Priority: 1, scales to early on main characters and bosses.

Feat: The Air Buster destroys a section of a metal bridge as it explodes upon its defeat. Cloud is caught in the explosion, but is just knocked up and overall unharmed.

Link: https://youtu.be/BOUMiEbkZUM?t=3820

Link 2 (Steam Version of the game's PC port in HD): https://youtu.be/x7myTy6JL08?list=PLvv1mA3UKy9PD2JcrlP98HMgqH9KP5H_u&t=260

Priority: 1 (Scales to the early game main cast and some bosses)

Feat: The cast consistently dodge lasers from Shinra's security systems and other enemies.

Link: https://youtu.be/X7ALjlOAu7U

Now, this may be odd, but this could help to establish a key for the early game.

Another one:

Verse: Final Fantasy VII

Priority: Possibly 1 (If the result is high it would scale to the main party and the main villains of all entries, save for prequels)

Feat: Neo Bahamut telekinetically lifts the Diamond and Emerald Weapons to above the clouds (which he parts as well) in a few seconds, the former from the ground level and the latter from the bottom of the ocean.

Perhaps the rock that carries the Weapons should be considered as well.

EDIT: Here's the calc of Tifa lifting the Diamond Weapon if it's any help, it already has the possible weight of the Diamond Weapon.

Calced and answered by KGiffoni. Thanks a lot, dude. You're the man!

Verse: Fairy Tail

Priority: 2 (Would potentially scale to chapter 1 Fairy Tail)

Feat: Lucy uses Aquarius to make a Tsumani and pushes a ship into a harbor that isn't in the horizon.

Link: On pages 55 to 58

Reposting from the last thread.

Priority: 1-2 (Technically the speed for the whole verse, though Mr. Pickles is the only character from the verse so far.)

Verse: Mr. Pickles

Description: Mr. Pickles dodges a multitude of close-range laser blasts, while still putting on an offensive.

Here is the feat.

I've been asking for this feat to be calculated for several months.

Priority: 1

(Revised from 2 to 1 because this and a couple of other feats affect many human/near-human characters who scale to Han)

Verse: Star Wars

Video:

Link 1

Link 2

Feat: Chewbacca repeatedly slams Han head-first into a metal beam and metal walls, but Han is fine. Towards the end of the fight Chewie slams Han into a metal support beam with such force as to bend the metal beam out of shape, but Han is fine after this. What kind of force is needed to bend the metal beam that way?

Priority: 1 (Will set speed ratings for Beel Bub, post-Mitis Seiya, and any other foe that scales in terms of speed. This verse is very reliant of power-scaling.)

Verse: The Hero is Overpowered but Overly Cautious

Description: Mitis uses Shining Arrow: a technique that simulates firing multiple arrows at once by firing arrows in rapid succession. Expanding on this one, in the 8th episode, the arrows from Shining Arrow are proven to be, in fact, materialish. Beel Bub would show us the effective aerial range of Shining Arrow (and magic arrows in general) is above the clouds (those aren't storm clouds by the looks of things). Lastly, Beel Bub DODGED the Seven-Shot Shining Arrow, which is Mitis' limit.

repost from last thread since it pretty much died as soon as i poasted this one

Priority: 3/4 (For a character that doesn't even have a profile here)

Verse: DC

Feat:Surviving near this explosio and and this explosio

If it isn't clear this is Post-Crisis Vic Sage aka the Question. And I kinda just want some calcs for a video I'm working on. Credit will obvi be given. But again this isn't that important it would just be nice to have these numbers. I also have a thread about this here

Priority: 3

Verse: One Piece

Feats:

1. Hakuba blitzes the majority of the Colosseum fighters in Block D. https://*****************/read-online/One-Piece-Digital-Colored-Comics-chapter-734-page-9.html https://*****************/read-online/One-Piece-Digital-Colored-Comics-chapter-734-page-10.html

2. Cavendish uses Hakuba's speed to escape a close-ranged explosion. https://*****************/read-online/One-Piece-Digital-Colored-Comics-chapter-773-page-14.html https://*****************/read-online/One-Piece-Digital-Colored-Comics-chapter-773-page-15.html

Can someone please calc these for me?

Notify me on my wall upon completion, and thank you.

Verse: Shrek (Dreamworks.)

Priority: 1

Description of Feat: In Shrek the Third just as he made a ship sink by casually throwing a bottle at it Shrek along with Puss In Boots, Donkey (And Arthur.) Also survived the violent collision of another ship that they were on after it went out of control:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hYLFIwLSnE (2:25 we can see some spikey rigid obstacles and then as you get to 2:48 you can see how much the ship got damaged.)

Verse: Shrek (Dreamworks.)

Priority: 2, possibly 3-ish (This destructive feat was performed by Shrek and later Fiona seems to carry the same object even when the timeline was restored.)

Description of Feat: Although you could say the witch's broom Shrek is riding is helping a lot here we can still see Shrek swing a humongous metal ball around a room breaking through pillars and walls (plus snapping golden chains):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYLmIUMzpJA (1:25)

Arguably can hold his own against Fiona who considering she can hold and spin a somewhat similiar ball so heavy three ogres are needed to throw it: http://i.imgur.com/KomX1iT.gifv

Verse: SpongeBob SquarePants (Verse.)

Priority: 1 (Even Plankton took it point black, And it could also mean a more descriptive upgrade for King Neptune as well.)

Description of Feat: it regards King Neptune taking the restaurant (https://***************.to/Comic/SpongeBob-Comics/Issue-21?id=20500#11) Which had the crew follow the trail to take it back:

https://2.bp.blogspot.com/kwbnux3Ts...U1DmvX-DhSSu5QCu5aSyU0qEJHlMgzYN4Kp_Xfp=s1600)

Until all is said and done it gets to the part where it had King Neptune throwing the krusty krab from a mountain far away to its original position might give the series an upgrade in AP & durability:

(1) https://2.bp.blogspot.com/Q8fC4PDT5...o8ty0hwUw5u0z9_OzO1YZ-j-4-Gks-x67R1ZSI5=s1600

(2) https://2.bp.blogspot.com/7PAxNSbUd...j9mX6w_jaWu0Y0I8ewPFZhwGwPwMx02_1kouKT4=s1600

Like it was stated before also very much more noteworthy that it landed on plankton and directly tanked it.

And just in case if I had to give anymore context this is how far Sponge Bob, Squid-ward, And Mr. Krabs had to travel in order to retrieve the restaurant, And how big the castle including the entrance compared to SpongeBob and the rest there if it helps:

(1) https://2.bp.blogspot.com/pOAVSBr0V...1yxNMGHgz3B6lwnOKqGISkbwCgYHFj6U3JCtCmb=s1600

(2) https://2.bp.blogspot.com/G6LxFGqdR...ACfC4yExUFkN9_wQL8DXyh18P1yxVCHHdDHuT43=s1600

It's a little tricky but for those very great handy calculators who are up for the challenge for it be my guest.

Priority: 1

Verse: SpongeBob Squarepants (Verse)

Description of Feats:

(Eh what the heck, Its worth a shot.)

- Sandy straight up reacted to a point blank laser beam and pushed SpongeBob out of the way when it was fired from an artifact/diamond: (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=tISuDPuB-U8 1:49.)

- In "Karen's virus." (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ly7GNBC7Z64 6:47) Has SpongeBob directly reacting to a barrage of lasers.

- Plankton directly dodged a laser from Karen again in "Karen 2.0." (https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x56ulpv 2:11.)

Priority: 1

Verse: SpongeBob SquarePants. (Verse.)

Feat: SpongeBob has actually dodged a Jellyfish stings before, well yes obviously they get constantly stung by them but there were instances where he (along with kevin and other club bikini bottom mites.) reacted from the sting of the not mechanical organic pissed off King Jelly Fish.

https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6kdfqx (07:18)

Now according to this source while like a housefly the fastest that Jelly Fish can swim might not sound impressive at first however their combat on the other hand is regarded as insanely faster then one would think as the uncoiling of the stingers states: [1] Yep they are that fast.

Another official site says this: https://blog.padi.com/2017/11/07/4-surprising-things-jellyfish/ [2]

Priority: 3 (AP for one character)

Verse: Apocalypse Witch

Description: Character can make a 100+ km long sword, which if swung downward would be capable of destroying the Palace of Westminster and all other buildings on the slash's path, while also blowing away everything in the vicinity of the line of impact.

Volume 1 Chapter 2

With that thought, she pulled three dice from her kimono's sleeve and casually tossed them. The multiple upward-facing surfaces acted as a general guide as an enormous sword suddenly appeared out of thin air. It truly was more than 100km long. When standing upright, that absurd length was enough to reach the bottom of the thermosphere and to be mistaken for a space elevator. That massive weapon was far too much for a human to wield.

"Well, not that it matters."

Four or five kilometers was just about to the horizon. Sending out some paper balloons equipped with cameras would be enough to expand her field of vision, but she could not rely on tricks like that with the giant sword taking up both her hands.

However, she knew the target had to be somewhere around the Palace of Westminster. And it did not really matter if that was not entirely accurate. If she made a vertical slash with this sword, it would blow away everything in the vicinity. Of course, that would also destroy all the buildings and take all the lives along the line to that point, including the G21 heads of state in the target building, but she did not care.

Notify me on my wall and/or here once the calc blog is ready, thanks.

Verse: The Mask / Dark Horse Comics

Priority: 2~1 (feat calculation for characters from The Animated Series and Son of The Mask live action movie)

Description:

The Mask from the Animated series should have his own profile in this site.
Attack potency:

  • Anime Mask dissipated a tsunami which was going to devastate an entire island (said island was fairly big). I've read articles online which state that the total energy of a tsunami can be in the range of triple digit Kilotons to double digit Megatons (which means this ****** is consistently in the Low 7-B to 7-B tier).
Speed:

Durability:

Things that should scale to Movie Mask
https://youtu.be/Uix8AbcL7Hk?t=34 Loki (who is the one who gave the mask his powers) when he got his nuts bit by a dog extended his eyes out past a far out satellite in space in seconds

https://youtu.be/2bUaE2ikVp8?t=55 Throws a giant grenade that is then blocked by the baby (who has Mask's powers also) and the blast still manages to reach past the shield vaporizing parts of the steel wall Loki summoned prior, Loki was very likely holding back immensely as he did this

https://youtu.be/2bUaE2ikVp8?t=96 Loki then tells Tim Avery (The Mask's host in this movie) to prepare to feel his true power and he makes what looks like a miniature star in his hands, though his power is nulled by Odin before he can use it

https://youtu.be/d31gE376pPw?t=57 Mask himself in this movie can also make giant guns and missiles the size of skyscrapers

He and Loki are equally matched as Loki says

Priority:1 (Applies to all verses in this site)

Verse: Various

Description: Destroying a Vase (small, medium, and large) and Steel Cages. How much force would it take?

Verse/Character- Sonic(ARCHIE)/ Blaze

Feat- her destroying the egg o war / Wily Egg in Burning Blaze form
Blaze Attacks Egg O War
Blaze destroying the Egg o war

Want to know the exact amount of tons of tnt put into that blast

So this may be a little complicated, but

Verse/Character - SIDEKICKS/Nightmare

In SIDEKICKS, a superpowered person (superblic) is basically immune to any weapon unless it's sufficiently charged by superpowers. Bullets can't harm a superblic, for example, unless they're launched using the strength of a superblic. Superblics are routinely thrown through walls, vehicles, etc. without any harm being done to their bodies.

In this case, the hero Nightmare picks up a handful of sand and throws it so hard that it pierces multiple artificially created clones with superblic DNA.

I can provide more detail, but this universe isn't on the wiki yet, so I'm kinda building from scratch here. Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks!

Thanks! Learning my way around here

What if I just asked how much force does it take to throw sand through a regular person?

Priority: 1 (A big one)

Verse: Inazuma Eleve

Feat Description: Hakuryuu's White Hurricane hissatsu creates a legitimate hurricane visible from space within a few seconds, and then creates a gigantic crater around the goalnet. Calculate the energy required for the hurricane mainly, as it would yield a much higher output than the crater.
