Post Crisis Question (Vic Sage)

So I'm working on a video for my channel and I wanted to know yalls opinion on the Post Crisis iteration of Vic Sage since he doesn't have a profile here. I've already gone through his respect thread but was wondering how you guys would go about scaling. I've been thinking 9-B to possibly 9-A since he has tangled with the likes of Lady Shiva and even Killer Croc. And I'd probably have his speed comparable to the likes of those characters since he has kept up and has his own casual bullet timing feats.

@Cap If you want I can link you to some feats that could upgrade Question pretty high up (I have a Google Doc with about 40 explosion feats he'd likely scale to)

Yes bro I would appreciate that, currently working to finish up the script on the video and more feats would be great.
 
Not really gonna be going over lifting strenght all that much in the video. Though maybe peak human for stuff like this, and this

Also depending on who he matches with strength he'd probably be Class 5
 
Real quick, how does he likely scale to some of this stuff is it through scaling off of characters like Shiva who have fought batman and hurt him?
 
Basically it's that plus he taught Renee who took hits from Savage, Croc and Batwoman (Plus I think Question took a hit from Croc as well)
 
From the 52 series right? Been scanning over it to try and find more feats. Also what do you think of this this feat and this one?


any one you know that could calc those?
 
After this I was gonna start on a Daredevil video, if you have anythig I can start with besides the wiki itself and a respect thread that would be really useful
