Story

Waluigi was mad and jealous that Sakurai had put Sans into Smash, but not him. In anger, he meets up with Sans in front of Nintendo HQ to duke it out.

Sans: youre gonna have a bad time, skinnyBONES. (winks at the camera)

Waluigi: Wah! I will get into Smash, youll see!

Both get into fighting stances.

Conditions
Speed is equalized and Waluigi has access to all of his arsenal. Both start 10 meters away from each other and are in character. The battle is in front of Nintendo HQ in Kyoto, Japan.

Who wins?

Explosions which are AOE, it even grazed sans and GG, Teleportation counters Danmaku, Time Slow makes hitting him much easier. Waluigi takes this. Tagging Waluigi would be really hard with teleportation on his side plus time slowing. And AOE attacks, plus faster speeds with time hacks, and grazing sans would kill him. Tornadoes which would be a issue for Sans. And acrobatics making Waluigi harder to touch.

Looks like Waluigi is getting in smash
