Yes The real cal howard, I made this thread just for you. Andytremo planned this for a long time, so it's about time this got made.
For starters, Kirby is only 8 inches tall. And a bunch of those planets or stars clearly aren't much bigger than he is. And the strongest punch he can throw was only 201 Megatons. So Kirby needs to be downgraded to Mountain level. This also downgrades a lot of characters who are clearly inferior to him. And Kirby also struggles to keep up with cars and airplanes meaning his Massively FTL feats are all outliers. And considering those planets and stars aren't big to begin with, it's probably not even FTL.
Next up is in Legend of Zelda. Everyone struggles to dodge arrows, which means Subsonic should be their peaks. Also everyone considers natural lightning a massive threat. So no one should be any higher than Building level. In fact, everyone gets torn apart by fodder chickens so 10-C legend of Zelda right there.
For Pokemon, Arceus has been injured by a meteor; so nothing more than Tier 7. In fact, he was taken out by lightning done by a bunch of fodder electric type Pokemon; he should be Tier 8. He also has no where near Immeasurable speed if he can't even react to Massively Hypersonic+ lightning. And look, a bunch of normal humans survived a blast from Arceus. Tier 9 might be his peak. And since every other Pokemon is clearly weaker, they should be downgraded as well.
For Chrono Trigger, Lavos was defeated by a mop. And Luminaire has at best 9-A levels of AoE; and is protrayed as spell that gives massive damage to everyone. So yes, Tier 9 Chrono Trigger everyone. Forgot to mention, Lavos' shell can be pierced by the Epoch.
And finally, Dragon Ball is in a desperate need for massive upgrades. Because, Outliers don't exist in Dragon Ball due to how linear it is because Ki Control is a thing and all not so destructive attacks are simply because of that. Therefore, Master Roshi's 5-B and Relativistic speed feat isn't an outlier. Thus King Piccolo, Kami, ect would all be stronger than faster than that. Kid Goku also outpaced Solar Flare during the 22nd Budokai. So everyone comparable and beyond should be FTL. Though tier jumpings would eventually make those after that even higher. Furthermore, the "Room of Time and Space" is a timeline, so Base Vegeta and everyone above should be Low 2-C. There's also a bunch of other things to mention, but that can be discussed here. Universes are also infinite in size, so Whis should have Infinite speed; consistent with Jiren "Transcending space-time". As would Beerus because 3/4 of infinity is still infinity. Super Buu should also be Tier 2 with Vice Shout as would everyone above him.
