Hercule Satan vs Phoenix Wright

Synopsis: Phoenix Wright woke up in the morning and turned on the television as he saw the news of Hercule Satan winning the World Martial Arts Tournament by beating the Holy Shonen Trinity main characters in a 1-on-3 match and claims himself to be an unbeatable champion. Maya's Magatama kicks in, which lead Phoenix to suspect something is fishy going on here as he watches the rest of Hercule's other matches.

Rules:

The fight takes place inside of the courtroom. Phoenix must prove with evidences that Hercule is a fraud without reasonable doubt and must end this man's whole career once and for all for lying to his fans about his fame worldwide. Hercule must prove to Phoenix that he is the real deal that he is the unbeatable champion of the whole universe, and if he can prove that, his whole career is saved whereas Phoenix on the other hand gets fired as a lawyer for false accusations.

Nice idea.

I think Phoenix can easily prove Satan is a fraud however. He's one of if not the best lawyer in the Phoenix Wright series, against Satan who lacks the intelligence, in this scenario, to fight back.

Phoenix ends this mans whole career

Not sure how Phoenix Wright would do it? The World Martial Arts Tournament is heavily, heavily televised and every match is bound to be watched and recorded by thousands, if not millions of people. If people sees what's on TV and believes it, it's up to them. Mr.Satan isn't frauding people out here, he isn't lying that he won against them as per OP.

There is literally nothing illegal about exaggerating something to make yourself sound or look better. Source: Literally every boxer/wrestler.

Plus if he really did win against the Holy Shonen Trinity then he probably won on a technicality like he did in the One Piece-Toriko-Dragon Ball Crossover, supporting his claims that he did beat them legitimately.

And who's going to join Phoenix as unbiased witnesses? None of the big 3 Protagonists really care about the money or fame (As Protagonists does) and it can be argued at this point that Mr.Satan is more entertainer than Martial Artist.

Mister Satan because purely from a legal standpoint, Mr.Satan did literally no wrong.

Exaggeration? That's not a crime. Scummy, but not a crime.

Fraud? No, he didn't. When he said he won against the big 3, as per OP, he did in fact win properly. Not in a straight up fight maybe, but he still won.

And what's Phoenix Wright gonna say? That Mister Satan is obviously not superhuman or something and that he couldn't win against these clearly Superhuman people for... some odd reason?

And who's to say the big 3 Superhumans Hercule fought aren't Actors or Jobbers like in Wrestling/MMA or whatever? It's a common practice in the industry and again, is not illegal. Plus Mister Satan displays clearly superhuman feats, with being smacked several hundred feet away and slamming into a hill and ripping a phone book in half.

Seriously, Wright literally has no case here. Mister Satan commited no crime and everything he said is technically truth with still very much Superhuman capabilities.

i want to point out that he did completely make up the fact he beat beerus. (they never even fought.) and im pretty sure everytime he has buu beat all the other fighters and then pretend to lose to him in the tournament he is atleast breaking the rules. (i forget exactly when he does this but i think it was either in kai or super.)

... When would Buu ever accept to divuldge this info? How would Wright know about this in the first place? If Wright tried to interview Buu, he'd more likely get huffy and walk out when he tries to get Buu to betray his BFF.

All Wright would be doing is conjecture if he brings up these things without factucal basis. If Buu said he didn't do it, Wright has no real way to prove it.

Mr.Satan said he defeated Beerus, are there any witnesses willing to testify to the sort? Is it just an exaggeration/flex to intimidate his opponents? Is it just an Ego thing, all of which aren't illegal whatsoever?

Wright has to start from dead 0 evidence and all the witnesses and actual evidence goes against Wright.

Also that's not a good defense. "You do realise there's more to court than just testifying, right?" is not a defense. Wright has no evidence, no witnesses, and all he has is pretty much conjecture.

And what's Wright gonna say about the time where Mr.Satan's voice came out of nowhere to every person on the planet to build a Spirit Bomb for him to defeat Buu?
 
im not defending, i pointed something out something i remembered to see if it could help generate a dissucusion, your the one being defensive and aggresive.

and is this really fair? i mean they have no time to make their cases or gather evidene, so its gonna be less a proper court case, and more a bunch of people yelling at eachother about stuff they think might or might not be true.

Grace period is over, Hercule Satan wins!

Aftermath: Unable to prove that Hercule Satan is guilty for being a fraud martial artist, Pheonix Wright got immediately fired for attacking and harassing an innocent martial artist without any evidences whatsoever to prove of his crime. Hercule Satan on the other hand leave the courtroom doing a Ginyu Force pose to celebrate his unbeatable streak victory as a champ while his fans waits for him outside and cheers him on.

The End!
