How would Phoenix even lose his job over getting a fact wrong.

He has literally the Chief Prosecutor as his best friend, a really good reputation under his belt, and an immense amount of notoriety

Plus you know, I don't think you can be disbarred over getting something wrong. Phoenix never committed any crimes and he can't fire himself from his own business.
