Literally just 1 hit from Boa Hancock will kill Noise, and since he's a Male he'll probably be attracted to Boa Hancock, turning into stone if he succumbs to his lust over Boa Hancock

Since they're still separated by 4 kilometers, it'll take a long time for Boa Hancock to get near Noise and the dude has a range advantage and can pretty much end the fight with the Plantery Petrification
Boa Hancock only has upto dozens of meters with projectiles, otherwise standard melee range and since Noise has Planetary, I guess his energy attacks can reach that far too
He pretty much out-ranges her and can easily end the match with the Plantery Petrification

Yes, while Hancock's hax is pretty deadly, she doesn't resist her stuff and in actual ranged fights she's at a serious disadvantage.
