This is actually tough... One gets plain 3-B just by shaking the universe as a Super Saiyan God while the Flying Spaghetti Monster gets well into 3-B for eating superclusters and, well, being around 470 megaparsecs in size (which is about the size of the Sloan Great Wall). Not sure how Goku didn't manage to get stronger throughout the manga like he did in the anime, though. Of course at the 3-B key, Goku would have the full range of his normal abilities (meaning everything but Ultra Instinct since he doesn't know HOW he got that). I'd say Goku shoud take this, primarily because he is quite a gifted martial artist while the Flying Spaghetti Monster is likely mindless and thus not likely to give a sh** about Goku.

Goku *should* have an AP Advantage since his AP comes from shaking the universe and potentially still doing massive damage to the universe if their attacks weren't negated. It isn't full on 3-A but their status as a "Universal Threat" still hasn't changed. He was still going to destroy the universe with Beerus and while the timeframe is unknown, it is quick enough for Old Kai to still be pissing himself. It wouldn't make sense for Old Kai to be on his knees and panicking if he had an hour or so left of life (Which he would definitely spend peeping to get the most out of his final moments).

Plus Goku still has an absolutely massive scaling chain behind him launching him above Spaghet Monster even assuming he's starting at baseline 3-B.
