That's because we have confirmation that it wasn't Zamasu's soul, but his thoughts / ideas of justice

I'd like to touch on some miscellaneous things regarding what Infinite Zamasu really is and why it wouldn't make sense for him to be any stronger than Fused Zamasu. Based on the scans on his profile, it's pretty simple to gather what Infinite Zamasu is. He is simply the will of Fused Zamasu, released from the confines of his vessel and thus running out of control. It's also stated that his thoughts flew into the sky. So really, this is just the existing will of Fused Zamasu, but spreading throughout the entire universe rather than remaining in his body due to said body being cut down. This doesn't suggest a growth in strength after all, as this same will still exists within Fused Zamasu, just contained in his vessel."

And because zamasu was trying to spread to other timelines via this consciousness

The issue is that Zen-Oh erases Zamasu rather quickly. What we see from Fused Zamasu is Low 2-C, as he was bleeding into the past of Universe 7, meaning he was affecting space-time, but he wasn't shown in any other universe.

Also for Trunks, it's episodes 66 and 67, the titles of which I've given to you before

That is contradicted by the fact that Goku and Vegeta exist and harmed (with the former even overpowering) a fusion that consisted of Goku Black
 
If Ribrianne is a possible Low 2-C now (and part of her Low 2-C justification does come from Android 18), shouldn't 18 be possibly Low 2-C as well?

wait, If the trigger was the death of gowasu which was foiled by beerus in the regular timeline wouldn't that mean that when infinite zamasu was leaking into the past he is also leaking into an alternate future (one where gowasu never died)

I actually wanted to make a CRT on this. Android 18 one-shotting Lovely Love, Love Ribrianne is considered PIS apparently but she still traded blows with Ribrianne

Not to mention she easily beat a Pride Trooper who Base Goku was struggling with.

And she fought those 3 U2 people alongside 17 and Goku.

18's ToP feats:

1. Had the advantage against transformed Ribrianne.

2. Easily beat Tupper when Base Goku couldn't.

3. Was shown as comparable to 17 when they fought Biarra.

Well Zamasu has only bled into Universe 7. We don't see him in any other universe, and this is further evidenced by Gowasu stating he is becoming the universe, which means he is only becoming Universe 7 and no other universe

Vegito's profile hasn't been updated yet. Also, given how this thread has upgraded Fused Zamasu and lots of others to Low 2-C, this discussion rule needs to go:
  • Do not create discussion threads trying to upgrade Vegito to Low 2-C via scaling from Kefla or Infinite Zamasu. This topic has been discussed to the point of becoming tiresome and monotonous. Vegito has no indication of scaling to either and the proposal would be unfounded without further proof.

Well it's true, Vegito alone wasn't upgraded via scaling to Kefla or Infinite Zamasu

Fused Zamasu just happens to scale to Infinite Zamasu now...
