Yes, that's literally his debut. I'll give some of the scans soon.

Here, Havik shows himself by mind controlling a Shirai Ryu student to claim the Kamidogu before killing everybody in the temple save for the grandmaster.

He also corrupts Raiden even though he previously broke free from his influence.

He also does it to an entire Shaolin temple and its master to restrain the two people he needed.

If they both open with instant abilities that can one shot the other, then I guess the only real outcome is inconclusive. Sure, momo could theoretically use her time dilation but the match would already be over by that point. Just a quick draw with equalized speed.

For these reasons, I vote inconclusive

Because he's been sealed away within Momo's cards? Her ability would be pretty useless if it didn't stop thought based attacks in a verse full of almost exclusivly thought based hax.

Also, if he was power nulled would the mindhax go away?

Idk, it's not explained.

If you mean having his powers removed, then that wouldn't remove the effects of mindhax. His mindhax also has a corruption side effect, so they're not going to continue killing him.

Not IC for Havik, he prefers having subordinates.

When Havik mindhaxxes you, you also become corrupted. He doesn't need to command the affected which is why he doesn't control them all the time.
