How does her Precognition work?
Other than that, Superman has AP and durability advantage, has good enough resistance to Energy manipulation that he should tank everything she throws at him and that low-level molecular manipulation won't help against someone who can survive sub-atomic destruction. Gravity manipulation shouldn't pose a threat to Superman either since he has plenty of black hole feats. And he's a lot smarter than her.
I'd say Superman wins easily.
