Bond is sent to investigate some odd disturbances occurring in the American coastal town of Beach City. With recent sightings of aliens and other odd looking creatures, James flies sores over the Atlantic to investigate. Upon arriving he notices a little boy and a girl sparing. He was about to walk, dismissing it as something he didn't need to intervene in before he notices Steven bubble himself and fly 200 feet in the air. Completely confused but keeping his calm, Bond walks over to him. Connie seeing him coming asks Steven to take on the agent by himself which Steven agrees to. Seeing Connie coming and remembering what had just happened, Bond quickly got ready to fight. Something about this girl and that sword felt weird...

Both at 9-B

James doesn't have 9-A weapons and equipment but has everything else

Speed Equalised

They start 50m apart from each other

Both are bloodlusted

Otherwise SBA

Even though I'm not voting, I'll give my opinion on the match. Just so less knowledgeable people can see what Bond can do

Personally, even with the AP disadvantage Bond takes it. He still has the Golden Gun and Samurai which are strong then him physically although unquantifiably so. He can go invisible which Connie doesn't really have a counter for. He has the thermovision that will always keep track of where Connie is. He'll know not to physically confront her because of the circumstance (I had to do it this way to make it fair, otherwise Bond gets slashed and it's over pretty quickly) and can also go invisible, sneak around her and distract her meanwhile shooting laser blasts at her and stay at a decent range with his weaponry. Even with Gem training Connie doesn't have a counter for invisibility and Bond can move around and shoot while invisible so there's no real way Connie can 100% see where he is. Eventually Bond lands hits and finishes her off

That's how I see it anyway

Bond is likely still gonna land a lot of hits though to finish her off, even with the greater power of the samurai or golden gun, yeah? I doubt either are 3 megajoules is the problem, and I don't think gunfire would be too much of a problem based off Connie's instinctive reaction?

Thkugh to be fair I have no idea how good it is...at all.

As long as Connie can perceive the attack then she will redirect it at him, invisibility isn't gonna be much of a boon to Bond here. And I should point out, while Connie never faced it, Steven Lars and Sadie all fought an invisible gem monster before and figured out how to counter it's invisibility so they could defeat it. And Steven tells Connie about the adventures he has (Look at the episode "An Indirect Kiss") So he likely would have told her about this little escapade, so she could figure out how to counter it too. Anyways, voting Connie for my own reasons.

Why they even fighting when she took down one of Bond's greatest villains? She should be a 00 Agent by now ovo.

Yeah but an invisible monster and an invisible deadly spy are two seperate things. Plus Bond has laser attacks, grenades, bullet fire all which he can spam. There's no way Connie will be able to deflect every laser shot, grenade and bullet coming from different directions. Plus Bond isn't gonna let her get close with the sword and even she does Bond goes invisible and gets away and maintains a range game.

The more Bond shoots, the more faster Connie is gonna be able to get close to him. Invisibility doesn't help when you're constantly giving your position away. Also Connie likely outskills Bond due to her Gem training so I see no reason why she couldn't block or redirect most of what Bond throws at her.

Bond is always constantly moving though. He doesn't stop while invisible to take shots and plus he's a decades old experienced spy he isn't gonna let his position easily be detected. I don't see how Connie can stop every attack from Bond who can easily see her blocking the shots and this decides to Usenet other methods. He can easily drop Grenada's at her feat then shoot her from behind. He can release a turret on the ground to continuously fire at Connie then shoot from another direction. There is simply no way she can block everything especially the latter. James can deploy turrets in which she needs to block, chuck grenades at her feat, fire laser shots etc all at once. Connie is gonna get overwhelmed

If speed is equal, what makes you think Connie couldn't catch up to him while attempting to do all this crazy stuff? Plus, are we assuming that Bond is going all out from the start, cause it seems a little ridiculous to go with "throw everything and the kitchen sink at her" right from the start. Plus Bond would have to hit Connie a ridiculous number of times to do any lasting damage, whereas 1 reflected bullet could kill Bond outright. Also, experience doesnt help against someone known for out skilling people thousands of years older than her.

Bottom line, while Bond has the range game, range game is not an effective tool against Connie and her AP, Skill, and Training will put her ahead in the end.

(I would also like to point out, that Connie has survived explosions greater than that of a grenade so dropping a grenade at her feet wouldn't do much, and she scales to characters with laser dodging feats so that's null.)

Bonds ammo pool is incredibly large in game and the samurai only requires a recharge. Bond at speed equal dodges the bullet reflection because he easily dodged bullets.

Yeah and in what scenario would Bond let a girl with a sword who is clearly well trained get near him when he has a range advantage. Plus yeah Game Bond against tough opponents does throw the kitchen sink at enemies from the go in which Connie has limited answers

Connie has better training but none of them involve going up against someone like Bond. You can have all the training you want but when you face an opponent who attacks completely different that you haven't fought before, she isn't gonna have all the answers anyway

You could make an argument that under SBA he would but...eh I dunno about that sounds more like he would bloodlusted.

Game Bond. In character. Spams all the time

Plus I literally made the scenario so he would. Read above

Anyway I'm clearly in the miniority here so I'll step down

Sorry man, I wanna say Bond wins but I can't confidently say so, I'll be honest...

So...Connie Fra. Sorry my dude.

not like another loss would hurt his record too much

Connie FRA.

Bond's spree of random child murders have finally caught up with him.
