I almost forgot I was going to do this so here goes.

This is my first bracket so forgive me if I flub up. 16 Characters. SBA for each match. Speed will be equalized on a case by case basis. No hax, in more detail, this means no power ignoring abilities (existance erasure, mind control, etc) I'll make exceptions for certain abilities depending on how they work though. (IE. Gamzee Makara's fear manipulation only makes people see illusions of things that scare them, so that wouldn't disqualify him. Him being 7-A/5-B does for the purposes of this thread however.) No unfair survivability (IE. Regen over Mid, resurrected, certain types of immortality, higher durability than AP, etc.) Exceptions can be made within reason. (IE. Mid regen that takes a long time to work and functions as low for combative purposes is fine.) Only one character per franchise. No characters currently undergoing revisions. Glass canons are allowed but discouraged. Suggest one with caution. AP Stomps and fights that have already happened will simple advance the winner to the next round and effectively skip the fight. Start!

My favorite verse has a lot of 8-A's but they all are decently haxed.

Except for the humans.

Knowing Pokemon the first two probably arn't that strong, and Status isn't crippling (Burn, Poisoning, and minor Paralysis)

I'm assuming fear manip likely comes from scary face or something like that? Alright, I'll allow it.

That is his one and only hax and he doesn't starts with it.
I'm still inclined to say no on the basis that he likely autowins as soon as he does use it. I'll wait and see what others have to say on the topic though.

Oogway was able to seal dozens of demons at the top of a mountain. In hindsight, he may be too much for the brackets

Hrm, how do reactive evolution, fear manipulation, and status effect inducement work?
Reactive Evolution, I believe, is from Conversion 2, which changes the Pokemon's type in order to resist/counter the enemy's main way of attacking. If the opponent uses fire moves, it changes to a water type and so on.

Fear Manipulation is from the intimidator skill, which activates every now and then. When it does, the enemy suddenly becomes too terrified to attack.

She used it twice against some random fodder security guards, then seems to have forgotten she was able to do it when she was fighting people who could actually kill her. Her 8-A key is with the Executioner's mask, and she didn't use it at all when she had that thing on.

It's pretty close range anyways.

How does mind manipulation work?
We actually have not seen him use it yet all we know is that he put a genjutsu on a scientist without him realizing he was under one.
