It makes zero sense and it's pointless

-Spongebob, very briefly, heald One of the magic pages. For barely a minute no less.

-He has zero idea how to use it, how to do any magic from it, or even both using this thing in character.

-This is the equivalent of making someone 9C with a sword because they briefly heald one in a museum but have no idea how to even swing it properly or carry it.

Briefly holding a form of equipment that you can't even properly use is so pointless it's baffling

In other words Unless Sponge can even use this page, which he can't, it should be removed from his page
 
I agree as well, he should still have it as Optional Equipment with an explanation of all of this but not having it removed. I have seen people wanking this, so them not seeing that in his profile will generate them to still do the same and even make threads to try to implement it in his profile.

I gotta agree with this. It's the equivalent to me giving Danny Phantom the The Reality Gauntlet, not only did he have if for a few minutes, he actually knows how to use it perfectly fine and it's a major plot point in the two part episode.
 
I guess Bubbles will be the only tier 2 Spongebob character on the site when he eventually gets a profile since he technically had half of the book for all of the game

Would it really be optional equipment if he doesn't carry it around frequently with him and only had it this one time?.
 
There's no such thing as optional equipment

Bump. Plus he used the very page in his head to reverse everything that happened in the game... So of isn't far fetched to assume he knows how it works.

If using HeroPants isn't good I agree with the removal of the Magic Book. And yes we've given people items they've only once before here and assumed it to be Standard Equipment.
 
Good thing I came here:

1: He held it in the movie twice, once to go back and trigger the superhero forms and the second time to fix the mess of what was happening in Bikini Bottom as far I remember, and that is without counting the Heropants plot.

2: Read 1, it explains how he actually knows how to use it, even if while not actually knowning its full potential (Bubbles actually stated in front of Spongebob that it could "Destroy the universe as we know it", so him knowing the full potential or not is debatable).

If this is true, shouldn't Bubbles get a 2-C rating with the magic book?
 
1. Which is still no where near enough justification for having it noted on his profile especially when you even stated he can't use it to its full potential.

2. Barely, he barely knows how to use the basics of said book, still novegete near enough justification to say he is "2C with the magic book"
 
That´s why the rating is "potentially 2-C with the Magic Book", not straight up "2-C with the Magic Book". It´s there for indexing purposes, in fact, that´s why the Magic Book page lists Spongebob as a wielder.

We can also check the feats that happened in HeroPants to see if Spongebb did something major with it while being aware.
 
If he can't use it to its full potential, he is not potentially 2C, he just outright isn't 2C.
