It makes zero sense and it's pointless
-Spongebob, very briefly, heald One of the magic pages. For barely a minute no less.

-He has zero idea how to use it, how to do any magic from it, or even both using this thing in character.

-This is the equivalent of making someone 9C with a sword because they briefly heald one in a museum but have no idea how to even swing it properly or carry it.

Briefly holding a form of equipment that you can't even properly use is so pointless it's baffling

In other words Unless Sponge can even use this page, which he can't, it should be removed from his page

Disagree, Ness is 2-C, and yet he only defeated Giygas when everyone prayed for him. (From my knowledge) Despite Spongebob holding the Magic Notebook for less then a minute, He still had it non the less. Sonic went Hyper in 1 game, we can't act like it never happened. Also, Spongeob can use the Notebook however he likes if it's a bloodlust battle (I think thats how bloodlusting works) So yea, I disagree, Spongebob was 2C at one point, we cant act like it never happened

That is such a terrible logic. I do agree that he should have it as Optional Equipment, even the best of us were using highly unused items as something characters always have with them, there is no reason to not have this thing in a corner of Spongebob's Equipment. But even then, you are completely ignoring that he wouldn't be 2-C with it, you quoted the reasoning but said nothing about it. What gives?

Havent watched SOOW in a while, but it is 2C, the magic book has MAJOR reality warping, where it effected fiction itself, as it represents the story that created them. Spongebob can make himself the strongest thing of all time in this case, by just writing "I'm the strongest being ever" in the book, so even then, it might even be infinite. (not tier 0 worthy, but still, it may be infinite)

Infinite by our standarts is at least tier 2.

To be frank, it is important to distinguish standard equipment and non-standard equipment.

If this is a non-standard equipment and you want to get rid of it in a versus debate thread, get rid of it. If any versus debate thread makes a notable conclusion, the condition of whether any non-standard equipment is tapped into would be brought out already. (We are doing that with starting range, speed equalisation, etc. Why not for standard and non-standard equipment?)

I agree with moving the magic page to non-standard equipment.
