If Spongebob has the page from the Magic Book (For some reason, it's in his Standard Equipment, with no clauses about it, unlike his Tiering Keys.) he could Reality Warp Bender away.
Otherwise, Spongebob has Fire & Electricity Manipulation, but Bender resists one probably better than Spongebob can use it (Turning a fire resistant suit into fire underwater vs going into the Earth's core & being just fine.) & besides Electricity being like a drug to Bender, it's via Spongebob's guitar, which is not even in his standard equipment. His Illusion Creation is also via a locker also not in his standard equipment.
Spongebob has Mid-High Regenerationn. He's come back even from being turned to dust. Bender is in the Reneration users category, but no clue why.
Who has the better AP/Durability? Could Spongebob win in straight up combat? He is a Karate Master with flight, body control, elasticity....
But then again, if you kill Bender, he just becomes a ghost. Spongebob won't know that.... But then again, what if he just breaks off Bender's limbs with his karate, & tosses Bender into a hole to leave him there? Maybe? Would he do that? COULD he do that? Plus, he'd have to move Bender with force, as his Lifting Strength probably isn't enough for it.
As for intelligence, Spongebob's varies, & Bender is useful for math & crime. Questionable which would help. What about skill? One's a karate master, the other a skilled criminal.
I think the most deciding factors are this:
1. Bender's Stamina is better than Spongebob's, & he can survive whether you kill him or break him apart. Even if Spongebob played defense entirely, relying on his Mid-High Regenerationn to keep him alive, it would still mean keeping this up for days, if not weeks before Bender runs out of fuel. Does Spongebob have any feats like that?
Although to his credit, Spongebob's size (Whatever it is.) probably means he's hard to hit.
2. Even without knowing AP/Durability, Bender has Class K Lifting Strength; So long as he can catch the tiny sponge & get on a throw him, he can probably send Spongebob to space, or at least far enough Spongebob won't be able to return without a loss.
3. Types 1, 2 & 7 Immortality mean Bender probably can't be put down easily.
Unless anyone can think of other ways for Spongebob to win, I don't see him being able to handle this without the page from the Magic Book, and then it might be a stomp, lol.
Maybe he could use his Transmutation that turned a Fire Resistant Suit & Pretty Patties into Fire? But that seems OOC for him to do.
