John Doe vs. Sylar

I said this match would be perfect and hopefully it will be. Sylar takes another round with a chump who can copy powers as he sees them. Will John's skull get sliced open and disected, or will Sylar's killing spree come to an end?

9-B Powers Unleashed John is used, and he has his powers from his fight with Arlo. Pre-Shanti Sylar with Induced Radioactivity restricted for obvious reasons. Speed is =. Battle takes place in the same area Arlo holds his Turf Wars.

Hmm

Considering John is 9-B+, Slyar's TK probably isn't going to do much. Then again, surface area and such may serve to let him get past John's dura, so I dunno. Either way, if it comes down to it, freezing's an option.

Because Peter could just slow time/mindhax before John copies whatever abilities he uses.

Actually, nevermind. Peter doesn't gain mindhax until after he gets de-powered by his dad and gains his new ability. Prior to that he can only read thoughts/memories.

Might do the match after all.

John tends to use all his abilities at once, like deploying Ventus' whirlwind while using Demon Claw. I'd say as Sylar demonstrates more and powers John will get more and more versatile with his attacks.

John has his powers from his fight with Arlo here so he can use Arlo's Barrier to trap Sylar, although Sylar can just as easily ragdoll John, move in, then freeze him.

The real question is if TK can hurt Doe then

If not, Doe outclasses him significantly, if it does, he gets his brain cut and GG.

TK can affect John but it probably can't hurt him.

Maybe if Sylar goes for a cutting attack, but his best bet to win would be freezing.

That said the moment Sylar deploys TK John can inmediatly copy it and start using it on him so he sort of has to dispatch John really darn fast.

Yeah. I can see John taking this. TK will have far less of an effect on John due to him being 9-B+. And once he gains the ability to use telekinesis he'll be able to combine it with his other powers. And seeing as how John can also be violent, he could also use his newfound TK to twist Sylar's body parts, slam into forcefields, force him into CQC, etc.

Freezing is definitely Sylar's best chance here. I'm not sure how soon he'd go for it. Though it's possible that John could use Ventus' wind to escape the worst of it if at all possible.

I guess it probably depends on how John would use the TK. It seems likely that he would get that ability as its Sylar's go to. If John uses it similarly to Sylar then Sylar would be the one with his head ripped open. If John doesn't use it that way then he runs the risk of being frozen, and then shattered.

Yeah. As long as John goes for something too brutal for Sylar to do anything about initially, he should take it.
