(0-0-7) Nagito Komaeda vs John Doe (UnOrdinary)

If Nagito where able to light up the building on fire and throw the poison at him, couldn't John just make an omnidirectional shockwave with his energy beams and blow the poisonous gas away from him
 
There is no color or smell to the poisonous gas, so John wouldn't have any idea or clue to do that, and would just suffocate and die near-instantaneously, more often then not.

This. Plus, Nagito has Superhuman Reactions, which won't be affected by speed equal... Is barely notable, honestly, but it does push Nagito's chances of dodging John's attacks by a few percent, which happens in the long run.

Which powerset should John have? The ones during his fight with Seraphina or the ones during his fight with Arlo?
 
Huh wait what about John's reactions then? Wouldn't those stay higher or would they get equalized
 
Ok can someone explain this real quick. Does Nagito have poison from the start? Is that something he just Carrie’s around with him? Like standard equipment?

Because if not there’s no way he can find poison in an office building.

It is optional equipment that Nagito can keep on-hand, which I allowed.
 
He uses it in fifth trial of the second game as a murder tool so its considered optional.
 
Since this is now the vs Arlo power set, John has Whirlwind which allows him to disperse the poison in the air.

There’s going to be mini tornados being shot around the place.
 
Also John has Barrier which he’s going to enclose himself in, which would block out the poison (he’s super cheap with it, he just has it covered over him during the fight).
 
The poison is colorless and odorless (and it kills extremely, Nagito himself is proof of this as he died near-instantly after he used his Luck to manipulate someone into killing him without their knowledge), so John wouldn't know that there is poison gas in the air, he also doesn't know that Nagito even has poison on him.

Right but his only ranged attack this time around is the Whirlwind, which means he’s going to be blasting it everywhere regardless.

He’s also going to have the barrier over him regardless too.

Granted, there is also the chance that Nagito's Luck might leave him in a position that could convince John that he is dead and deactivates his power - it is certainly possible... granted, that would imply John is close to Nagito and any attempts to use the poison would kill the both of them (and any attempt on actual close-up combat on Nagito's part would result in failure that his Luck might not be able to save him from.)

You overlooked one important factor, John has no mercy. Even if his opponent is already knocked out, he literally beat's the shit out of them for a second time.
 
Considering that he is bloodlusted, it's likely that he will overkill Nagito just to make sure he's dead.

Tbh, I'm voting Incon FRA since it's even tho he'll probably overkill Nagito. The building will definitely burn down and Nagito's corpse might drop the poison and kill John, thus both of them die.
