Current Ratings
Currently many characters such as the Royal Guard, Netero, Hisoka, Chrollo, Sillva, Meruem Pre-Rose, etc are rated as 7-C (Town level) for both Chrollo's feat and Youpi's feat.

The Issue
The issue here is that, these feats that put them at 7-C are actually 8-A (Multi-City Block level). Currently the only feat that is Tier 7 in HxH is Post-Rose Meruem who has a Low 7-B (Small City level) feat. And from my understanding, no one scales to Post-Rose Meruem.

My fixes
Now one thing I read from the calcs is that these feats are High-End Multi-City Block level and as such those who scale would be 8-A+. Due to this, it could actually be fair to say that characters like Netero, Pre-Rose Meruem and Adult Gon could in fact be Low 7-C via being above the likes of the Royal Guard.

So basically;

All 7-C Characters: Town level -> Multi-City Block level+

Pre-Rose Meruem, Netero, Adult Gon and those who may scale: At least Town level -> Small Town level
 
So Meruem would be the God Tier with a Low 7-B feat and the rest of them goes down to Low 7-C and 8-A+.
 
Looks fine to me. Not a huge change.

Although, for the Chrollo calc, it doesn't appear to have been evaluated and it only uses vaporization when there is clearly a lot of rubble in the page given on the calc.
 
V. Frag gets me 9e+9 joules (High 8-C) and Pulv. gets me 2.8177e+10 joules (High 8-C)
 
That seems to be better Qawsedf234. I have a hard time believing the explosion completely vaporized a huge amount of the floor, while somehow leaving a large enough pile of corpses for Hisoka to suffocate under.

.... Well I guess this is consistent if nothing else. Seems hard to believe Gon could stagger a 7-C with a 8-A punch anyways
 
Yeah

And it's only High 8-C anyways

He's really now only scaled to being able to take a Janken without much damage and generally being a bit stronger then most Hunters
 
I think that this can be applied then.
 
Just remember to update the tier categories at the bottom of the pages when applying the statistics changes.
 
Netero casually slapped the catgirl aside in his invasion, but, I don't think he ever actually fights Pitou
 
Netero is weird honestly. He did manage to damage and excite Meruem and it's quite clear that he's above Pitou is power considering how well he did against Meruem, meanwhile Pitou could barely do anything against a guy equal to Meruem Pre-Rose.
