It's not just because of his skill, it was because of Netero's speed. The only reason Meruem took his arm and leg was because he memorized Netero's attack pattern and took advantage of it, similar to how people have to fight Sans for a while before they don't instantly die because they know where his attacks are going to be.

The royal guards are enough of a threat to Netero to scale to him. Zeno scales to both Netero and Pitou, Silva and Chrollo scale to Zeno, Hisoka to Chrollo, Illumi to Hisoka, and then Youpi and (possibly) Pouf scale to Pitou.

Are there any objections to the above scaling and placing the mentioned characters at Low 7-C?

Which is why I've never calced that one crater the gunman and the beginning of Gurren lagann made

The issue is I don't know how to word Youpi's profile since his calc is only high end Multi-City Block level.

Well changing post Rose Meruem to 7-C still doesn't make any sense since Youpi and Pouf where REALLY crapping at Meruem's feat Low 7-B, and please take mind that the feat was very casual which makes him more at 7-B

Only if said feat it's High End Low 7-B it'd turn Post Rose Meruem into 7-B. Otherwise he should be At least Low 7-B, likely higher.
