Anyhoo. What calc does she scale to right now? As her highest one, I mean.

Yotsugi:

+ S U P A H J U M P

+ Probably a range advantage via body control

Hobgoblin Leader:

+ Smarter, especially in a combat sense

+ Better skill as a fighter, apparently

+ If the fight occurs in the dark (since both have darkness related abilities) then Hobgoblin's enhanced senses best her dark searching

Verdict:

Depends on the AP really. Yotsugi is more mobile and has a possible range advantage, whereas Hobgoblin is smarter and more skilled. Plus due to the nature of her range advantage it could still mean she gets damaged by melee attacks via... finger cuttin'.

So I'll wait.
 
Yotsugi one shots someone who's superior to someone who's vastly superior to someone who's superior to someone who's 21.4kg
 
Oh. I just realized Yotsugi is actually outranged. Gobbo bows reach 90 meters versus her "tens of meters".

Also, my bad. Turns out Hobgoblins and all 9-As scale to Immolation, which is used on vaporizing a human apparently (didn't even notice that). He scales to 70.57 kg of TNT.

My vote goes to Hobgoblin for now via outranging with bow (though probably goes for sword, but still), AP advantage, and out-skilling.
 
So, downplaying as per practice on VSBW, AP advantage is ~3.3x

Granted, she's far superior to that AP so outside of VSBW they might be closer to even, but still.
