These two statements are enough to warrant a solid 5-B rating? I'd personally write it as a "Possibly 5-B" at most, but that's besides the point.
Questions: how does saitama know that he can blow up the Earth? Has he destroyed more planets to know the force required to do so? Why do we accept Murata's statement as definite proof that saitama can do something that he'd never do?
