Bleach upgrades

Self explanatory title is self explanatory. I'll keep it short and sweet.

Gremmy's Meteor was calculated again recently and we've accepted the mid end of 18.79 Petatons

However this doesn't take account into Gremmy's power up with his clone. Gremmy can create 6 clones and they multiply his power.

So he did this with 2 clones. Dividing 18.79 Petatons gives us 9.395 Petatons. Then we multiply that value by 6 and we get 56.37 Petatons. Still High 6-A just slightly higher than before. As for scaling I believe we already know who scales from last time.
 
Copy and pasting this since as Frenzy pointed out Raven's blog is not a CRT and invalid. Although he mispoke in terms of opening a thread to disprove it since said feat hasn't actually been validated.


"I personally don't care if Bleach gets an upgrade, but wish it was based on something more valid. The entire argument for this upgrade hinches on "Kubo's art sucks, don't use it for pixel scaling".

Obviously the validity of this is an argument to be had for days (seen the thread) but whether to use that or not is NOT the issue. The issue is that these cals are based off pixel scaling up until its no longer convinient, then based off yoruichi's statement and some fan made numbers.


In other words it would be one thing if it were just based on one or the other, but you're using both methods here showing a clear contradiction and bias.

Don't like Kubo's art? fine, don't use it then. Want to use Kubo's art? then don't pick and chose what to use. This is going to be revised some momths from no all over again because its built on a lie. :-( "
 
It's not going to be revised and I'd appreciate it if you dropped that discussion. We honestly need a discussion rule at this point. And it's not built on a lie either, Dr Fix you really need to drop your tone.

^Thank you Gargoyle, I'm trying to keep things civil and stick to the facts. Bleach have a tendency to get nasty and personal unfortunately.
 
Well, after some heated discussion we agree to use the median of Raven's low end, so 228 km radius for seireitei were used for the calc (It's not only from Yoruichi statement btw, it's also from Yhwach, and other people statement from novel too). So it's valid. Not a lie (Not sure how it's a lie because there's scan for statement and such).

Fan made numbers? Pretty sure every calc is also a "fan made numbers" because there's no official number for some place like Konoha, Gotham, One Piece Planet, Seireitei and such. Thus we used the statement for basis of the calc to determine the size of seirietei which again, after some heated discussion, we agree to use the median of Raven's low end.

Also, please don't just say Raven or other people is bias for using both methods (for some reason it's a bias to use methods?) because I believe Raven is not even the supporter of Bleach so Raven is neutral, and only do this calc because people asked to.

It's not the verse itself, but the people who participate in any disscusion related to the verse..... Don't know why people don't see this....
 
Quite a bit. Yhwach, Ichibei, Aizen Ichigo, Toshiro, Gremmy, Kenny and the stronger Captains.

I still fail to see the tone that is actually bothersome and it was a quote from Raven and not him
 
@Dot you misunderstand the point. its not about the size of seretei being a lie but rather the hippocracy of the calcs from it. Both dismissing Kubo's art and using it at the same time.

I don't think Raven intended this, he's just being nice to whoever asked him. Unfortunately his method uses the previous calcs (Pix based) in combination with Knight's desired new size where the latter bashes pixel scaling.
 
We decided to use the statements over the pixel scaling. Thats not a "lie" as you are saying it is. It's a different and more accurate method to find the size. That's the issue you refuse to understand.

I don't think we "dismiss Kubo's art" but, I believe his art can be inconsistent especially the size of Seireitei so pixel scalling can be hard to use since we have multiple panels of Sereitei with different size.

Which is why Raven suggest to use: "Regulars days journey which is 32 KM to 40 KM to be used as a measurement to find the circumference and size"

Which people from both side agreed to use in the end. So is there any more issue? I admit, I'm not too understand what you want to suggest here.
 
Dismiss Kubo's art when it produces lower results

Uses it to justify higher results for Gremmy

My english is not 100% so maybe Hypocrisy is the wrong word? Double dipping? Have your cake and eat it to? I'm not sure how to make this more clear.
 
Now don't you start poisoning the well.

This has been discussed to death already. And one of our Japanese speaking members also provided evidence from Canon databooks and light novels supporting the fact that you would need multiple days to walk from one of Seireitei's gates to the other.

I find 6-A to High 6-A Zaraki (and those who scale from him) to be weird as well. But it's been discussed already. Too much.

Zaraki being anything more than something like High 6-B will always seem weird to me.
 
I don't think weird is the right term, it's more along the lines of not being used to it. I'm sure someone also thought the same thing whenever Zaraki was 6-B for the first time. Just gotta keep an open mind.

Well aside from High 6-A characters we also need to change all the Blood War 7-A's to High 6-C.
 
Yeah. This isn't a feat that can backwards scale to previous arcs. But I think the other 7-A's are going to 6-C, not really too sure how that's playing out.

Althought I think some others will get a boost via the ulquiorra feat if it goes smoothly,but for now just TYBW.
 
I think Forms like the Vasto Lorde would go to 6-C, since Vasto Lorde is around the level of strength of characters like Stark and Kenpachi. A Vasto Lorde at 1/5 of its power even, since Ichigo was weakened when he went Vasto against Ulquiorra
 
Would be best to wait for the Lanza feat for those characters.

Anyways should the other members of the Royal Guard scale to High 6-A feat as well besides Ichibe? It was stated together that they're stronger then all the captains of soul society.
