The logic for the scaling seems pretty sound. 7-8 Clones = 4-A, those clones used that AP to nuke Zaraki who not only survived by was still (barely) in fighting shape with a lot of that damage being from Galaxy Room destroying his organs previously so Kenpachi scales via feats, Yama and Base Yhwach scale above Gremmy via feats and statements
