And even then she can't really defeat neither someone with good enough regen nor someone many tiers higher, while AoC definitely can via 2-A hax

She can't attack while she's in Avalon. Sure nothing can reach her, but she can't attack without leaving it either

I'm still amazed skulduggery of all people (well, Lord vile) is still somehow considered the strongest low 7-B

I'm sure more hax characters have been brought up for that tier
 
@Monarch, like what Vel said Naraku seems like a worthy candidate for Low 7-B.
 
What does Gailo have against Spatial intangibility, Time Travel, Reality Warping, Existence Erasure, Low-Godly Regenerationn, illusion creation (On a higher degree than Aizen's KS), resistance to BFR and Immortality type 1, 3, and 5? Also, I said Naraku, not Sessy.
 
He's basically Kharn but weaker. He's got passive full nullification of any magic/supernatural ability up to 6-C (Soon to be High 6-C or High 6-B)
 
People resist power null though. Power null being limited to a specific AP like that, and not a dimension like Kharn's (1-B at countless dimensional) makes it arguably worse than normal.
 
Unspecified power null generally isn't limited to AP like that.
 
Power Nullification is another one of those abilities that may or may not often be prone to NLF. Yhwach is the primary example of this.

Naraku doesnt have a resistance to power null that i can see on hi sprofile

Except this isnt as it has clearly defined limits, and Naraku falls into the level Galio can null just by existing

Then he gets owned by people who do not use magic really.

He's kind of an anti.meta guy.
 
@DMB I mean Galio stilll has things he can fight with without nulling them

Naraku though gets nulled though
 
Kharn beat Lavos yet is not going to be added to 5-A. If Naraku is generally more effective against a wider range of characters, regardless of whether or not Galio wins Naraku would stay if Naraku beats a lot of people Galio can't.
 
Also morro and the Premient are barely 2x stronger than Galio so he's actually got a decent chance of winning
