I don't think so. The match isn't going to last long no matter what, so he won't be able to take advantage of anything quickly enough.

Previously knowing everything his opponent can do is not going to give him some advantage? Cool.
 
Also, that would only be a factor if he uses it that way in character.

Mind hax seems to be the only thing on such a scale that it could bypass power null.
 
So guessing jill for 9-A speed equalized, and just cain for 9-B i guess since it doesn't matter if his opponent his faster than him.
 
Terraria's speed is currently getting downgraded to MHS+ with SoL reactions, or something, so they lose some spots.
 
Keishirou is faster being mhs+ compared to grimm's supersonic, and while being broken don't think the clown can deal with 1-A hax.
 
Hmm, 7-C speed equalized seems to be vacant, how about i through some tensei characters at it, lets see Shion (Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken) or Diablo (Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken)
 
Alright, a few updates.

Ninjago just got upgraded from 8-C to Low 7-B, so now that Terraria is being downgraded to barely High Hypersonic, Nadakha probably takes the speed uequalized for Low 7-B.

As for the speed uequalized for 8-C, Sailor Moon (Anime Character) Takes the cake.
