Edo Tensei Itachi (Naruto) vs. Kakine Teitoku (To Aru Majutsu No Index)

<Strongest keys used.

So....Which keys? His High 6C clone isn't anywhere near as strong as Post Revival
 
I actually think that Itachi takes this. His first move would be using Tsukuyomi after it is revealed that Kakine has his clones coming out of nowhere He would use crow clones of his own to gather info on how to kill them. Coming with nothing he would have no choice than to uses Susanoo to seal him. Resulting in what I believe is Itachi's victory.


Ofcourse Kakine would not be doing nothing the whole time but Itachi being an Edo means that he can createclones infinitely. It would not be a massive amount at a time probably 2 or a few more but it would be enough to give Kakine trouble killing the wrong versions of Itachi.

He said strongest version. I assume he mean post revival since he is clearly the strongest version.
 
Kakine has no resistance to mind manipulation on his profile,so Itachi takes it since he uses Genjutsu at the beginning of the fight.
 
Even if Koto does not outright genjutsu tw whole Dark Matter Itachi would have 1 Kakine under his control and it becomes Kakine vs Kakine.

No genjutsu (occullar ones) work on the mind of the person that the make eye contact with. Unless it is Koto then no eye contact needed. And it implants chakra into the targets mind.

Koto works by allowing the user to enter the minds of all individuals, any part of whom are in the field of view of the user and modify their experiences to brainwash them into being the user's slave.
 
While Itachi wins the match agasint Beetle 05 rather easily. He still can't beat post revival.

To answer the question about genjutsu. No it won't work on Post Revival Kakine. He has no nervous system, brain or central consiouness to take control of or block functions. "Kakine" is equally distributed on each DM elemantry particle and Itachi has never shown genjutsu on inanimate objects that are formed (kakine clones). "Kakine" is spread across the dark matter network and each unit of is not effecred by what happens to the others.
 
Itachi has used his genjutsu on a Mecha Naruto granted it is non-canon but we are given the idea it works on non-human beings without any of those functions. Also Tailed beasts are literally formed out of chakra and do not have any organs either but genjutsu works on them. Genjutsu also works on puppets taht dont even move, as shown by the mind transfer jutsu in the kage summit arc.
 
I am not sure about Tsukuyomi but Koto and Izanami(not sure) would work since he casted Koto on the dead person(himself).
 
Sigh... Did any genjutsu work on something that isn't even... Supposed to exist? Kakine's Dark Matter isn't a material that exists. He creates it and boom, it exists. 25,000 types of energy, physics twisting properties.

That is a complete NLF that makes no sense. Just because it is something that is not meant to exist does not make it immune to genjutsu. Genjutsu has been shown to work on inanimate and dead things it would work on him too.
 
tailed beasts are made out of energy and dont have nerves, see how that works out

they are controlled by one mind as far as i understand, so the fact that they are divided upon multiple bodies as long as its one mind
 
@Rocker thats' deff not canon, tailed beast have some sort of central mind/consiouness which allows genjutsu to work on them when they manifest, mind transfer isnt a genjutsu but link that feat sounds interesting.


@Dzhin Edo still have a mind and chakra flow tho so it would still work reguardless.

again, as far as i understand they are controlled byone mind
 
He does, if they are all linked under the same control that is one mind. Unless all of the hims are literally different people in which case it becomes inconclusive because Kakine vs Kakine.

They aren't mentally linked. Itachi wouldn't even be able to genjutsu the clone as it has no mind, each elemantry particle carries "Kakine".

Err, it just becomes a matter of opinion at this point I woud just assume that makes it easier for Itachi to genjutsu him while you say the opposite.
 
Every clone is kankine and they are not connected so he needs to use it on every clone and leaving this aside he doesn't really needs clone to exist, he just needs dark matter and he should have some mind control resistance simply by rank (although not confirmed).any piece of the network is replaceable to affect it u need to affect his personal reality
