TBH, it's more like tier 2 mindf***. While it's working against a 2-A, it's still a 4-D being, and there's no real difference than it working on a 2-B or a 2-A, just like say, there's no difference between working on a High 3-A and a 4-A.

Under normal circumstances, this would be true.

For god emperor and Homulily, it's not.

Why? I don't know.

Theoretically, Mewtwo could beat her, given he resists mindhax that could affect a tier 2. However, his tier 2 actually resists Tier 2 mindhax, and conceptual mindhax at that, so it does count for more.
 
BTW Cal, can I use you as a slave and ask you to add the Madara match?

Also, lol Kratos has a crapton of scheduled matches. He will battle SPN Lucifer, Revivemon and Mewtwo after this is concluded.
 
Anyway, not much Homu can do here, other than her BFR. Since stat amps are allowed, Boots of Hermes give Kratos a pretty good upper range in the speed part. Kratos's soul hax is strength-based, so Homu doesn't have many ways to defend herself from it.

She also has limited counters to Zeus's bolts and the better-ranged Poseidon's Rage, which will atomize her as soon as they land.

Kratos's Time-Travel mostly counters BFR, but it's not in-character. He has the Amulet of Uroborus to compensate, tough.

I say he wins.
