Possible Edo Madara upgrade

Madara as an Edo summoned two meteors during his fight with the Fourth Division of the Allied Shinobi Forces in the Lightning Desert which is located in the southern part of tle Lightning Country:




These meteors could be seen and felt at the Allied Shinobi Forces headquarters:





Now the Allied Forces Headquarters are located in the central part of the Lightning country, and as you can see from this map, the distance between the headquarters and the Lightning Desert (Fourth Division battlefield shown on the map above in the very south of the country) is greater than that of some countries like the Frost Country for example:




This feat is currently rated as Island+ but I believe it is Country level due to what I mentioned above.

You could also mention Madara slicing 5 mountains in half. If Sensui is country level for hillbusting Madara should be continent level just for that feat

However Im not interested in Madara much so...

Seems reasonable I guess but tbh here id just like his shin jokai koutan move to be added back ..

I don't know if these shockwaves alone would warrant such an upgrade.

This is a situation that would require a calc to determine wether or not an uprgrade would be necessary.
