Zenkichi Hitoyoshi VS Higashikawa Mamoru

Since this won't be a fight to death and more for curiosity I put it in the fun and games category.

So Zenkichi Hitoyoshi and Higashikawa Mamoru has a voting competition. (simelar to what happend in the Medaka Box Manga) to see who gets the most votes.

It takes place at a random a school where none knows about them.

Who wins and why?

R1: Zenkichi has Devil Style

R2: Zenkichi has Contradictory Conjunction

Well there re some things to take note here and that is:

ZENKICHI IS NLF!

He has abilities from Nienami with contradictory conjuction who has unknown tier and Devil Style which was created by Hanten who ALSO has unknown tier.

So it all depeonds on which will triumph.

R1: If Devil Style is too weak (though i don't rly see that happening seeing as Hanten created it to completely null probability itself) then Higa takes it. If Devil Style nulls which is fairly likely to happen then...idk...inconclusive? They could vote either of them.

R2: I'd say Higa tbh. I mean CC materializes the lowest possibility. So if Higa has the lowest possibility then he wins via his luck and CC helps him?? Though if this happens then Zenkichi takes round 1.
