I´d give it to Yugo because of his capacity to BFR Goku, they seem evenly matched anyways

I mean, now this is not a fair match (The most fair would be High 6-C Yugo vs Low 6-B Goku or 7-B Goku vs High 7-C Yugo)
Either way, Yugo should win with mid high diff. Goku might have higher raw power then Yugo, but Yugo can not only bfr him, but he can also create multiple portals and redirect anything back at goku.
Goku has the edge slightly in experience tho, so it might take a while for Yugo to win, but on paper he has more advantages.
