Yugioh Note addition

As you can see with the anime yugioh profiles shown here
They are really and i mean really outdated and trash in general
But i am working on the profiles along with other people so i'll request putting a note on the anime profiles saying that they are outdated and shouldn't be used just like the earthbound profiles
