Bumping with my own answer. I don't make it at all. I wanna see how Zamasu would handle it.

Considering Squidward is a small squid comparable in size to a sponge and a starfish, I think that I would survive most of the physical things that he goes through (assuming their causes were done as they would be done to a 15 cm squid)

The psychological things I would probably take better than most, but I'd still crack in the end and just go completely apathetic
