The only thing Kira can do to win is to turn Kenshiro into a bomb and detonate it.

Ken can just flex and kill Kira.

So basically:

Kira either uses a Stray Cat bomb, or turns a coin of his into a bomb and throws it at Ken.

Ken tanks the explosion like nothing has happened and while Kira attempts at getting close to him to transmute him, Ken one-shots. Or goes Muso-Tensei. Or anything, really.

Or Ken doesn't wait for Kira to get close and just uses Ki to shinduru him from meters away

Im thinking Inconclusive on this one. Both have a 50/50 chance of one of them touching each other first, since speed is =, wheather Kenshiro touches Kira to death or Killer Queen touches Kenshiro to death.
