"At least" ratings won't usually tell you how far into the tier you are. You could get an at least rating just for stomping a baseline or in Yoko's case, Low 2-C is a lowball as her high end is High 1-C.

Can we for the last ******* time stop perpetuating the "Hax doesn't work on stronger characters" BS for Dragon Ball? It's the other way around; the more Ki a character has, the more resistant they are to hax in general. Unless you're telling me that Genetic Haxes (Time Skip), Flat out Magic (Babidi and Buu), and technology all somehow have the same weakness?SchroKatze said:
