Anyway yeah, Rika's 1-B scales vaguely above 12-D, but you need 1-A+ EE/regen negation to kill her, so it's an incon.

Yogiri can't truly kill her for good (since win only by death of the opponent as stated in OP) while she can't do much to Yogiri

If one side has no way to win against the other then it's a stomp regardless of the other side being unable to permanently kill the other.

Yogiri also has no way of winning as stated in OP "wins by death" only so Incap doesn't count as a wincon

You added a rule as "victory by death only", which is literally forcing a incon, because yogiri cannot kill rika due 1-A immortality shit and Rika doesnt even have enough D to affect yogiri
