Yogiri Takatou (Instant Death) vs Rika Furude ( Higurashi no Naku Koro ni)

well, if it doesn't say she can use Truths on her profile, I see no reason to assume she can, and IF she can, she'd need a CRT for it to be accepted.

Yeah I changed it because I realized that it would be a stomp in Yogiri's favor while Incap is a wincon except Rika has 0 other wincons making this a mismatch so yeah win only by death to make this fair

Here's the deal. If you incap or kill your opponent, it's basically the same thing. Because your opponent can't do anything back to you. Restricting incap is basically restricting a win condition. It's like when you're about to win and then someone just snatches it away from you.
Now I'll leave everything up to you since you're the OP, but I don't think it's fair in my opinion.

This is something that was done in multiple vs matches and it was always fair and win by death means either opponents need to die for good
