the Almighty is Passive Precognition (Yhwach can see all possible futures) and really far into them.
for using future sight he does get infected but since he resists the power null portion, almighty would still be active so he
Reactive Evolution and/or Power Nullification
(All powers that Yhwach sees in the future will be incapable of harming him or defeating him),
or ressurects healthy choosing a different future and DS/phazon get powernulled.
