Ialda litterally chased Negi in their first encounter in the asteroid in timeline 2 where his classmates saves him from Ialda (Chao timestopping, Chisame sacrificing herself, etc.)

he can't powernull raw energy or AP , only hax . And Aizen was messing with his precog with KS , wich he put on Yhwach before he regained the Almighty .
Had Yhwach not seen Aizen before the final fight , he would have won .
