At the end of the Fake Karakura Town arc Aizen was a shinigami, hollow, and Fullbring (soul king fragment inside Hogyoku) hybrid.

EoS Aizen was a Shinigami as he wish that to the Hogyoku according to Ichigo but since Yhwach said Aizen is still fused with the Hogyoku and with no hollow traits shown again I guess that’s about it.

There is also this idea that Yhwach could absorb literal darkness from Ichibei which should be an indication of conceptual capabilities at the very least.
