Xehanort Vs. Baba

Well Xehanort resists law manipulation which is pretty much all Baba has, but does Xehanort have anyway past the fact that Baba has Immortality type 4 that resurrects itself after its death.
Edit: Wait a second, Baba's 3-A key is "Universe level with ALL IS DONE (Putting together the rule "ALL IS DONE" will cause the entire game world to be "DONE", being completely and permanently destroyed forever, including all of its rules and laws)" which means that it should destroy the laws given Baba immortality, but because Xehanort resists law hax he isn't effected. Then again does ALL IS DONE work on laws with this "Resistance to Transmutation and Law Manipulation (Setting up laws such as NOUN IS NOUN anchors the object's status as being itself, making it immune to laws trying to transform it into something else)"?

Universal concept wipe that Xehanort leads with, and Xehanort has regen from Vanitas who regened from the destruction of a type 2 concept.

Oh, saw the edit you put in. Xehanort should have a resistance to law manip from Luxord who resists his own law manip that's potent enough to work on Sora, who has a resistance to law manip.

By the looks of things, Baba's only move is to go for incon and that doesn't even work.
Law hax doesn't work because law resist. Using sink to kill him without directly applying a law to him doesn't work because only void hax negs regen/res but that's exclusively EMPTY manipulation and thus law manipulation.
Universal concept wipe? I don't think Baba can live that, especially if it targets the entity behind the YOU law. He seems to be all too familiar with law based characters.
Basically, Xehanort stomps.
