I'd recommend Torture Princess: Fremd Torturchen and Saga of Tanya the Evil. Those 2 are the only isekais that I actually like.

To much coomer bait in that series for me to take it seriously

Also the fact that it started as a hentai game really hinders my opinion, not because it's a H-Game but because the H is just slapped on to boost sales.

I can't do games that do that it has to either be entirely SFW or literally just a Hentai game with a good story. (Tis why I like Monster Girl Quest)

The two mixing never work for me, as it just feels off

Gacha games overdesign and oversexualize every character and that's a large part of why I don't like them

Only one I can tolerate is Genshin

I wish there was a Gacha game with the design philosophy of Touhou, IE no revealing clothes or coomer bait
