Would someone with higher-D reality warping resistence resist powers like causality manipulation,fate manipulation,etc?

Unless they have resisted causality manipulation or they are acausal themselves, not really.
Reality warping is very broad as well so resisting that should give you resistance to the reality warping thing that you resisted and not an umbrella term for a plethora of resistances or whatever. And also context for why someone resisted the 5D RW and how is also important.
