It has coherent stories
Actually most of scp's Tier 0 and High-1A have it. A consistent story example for two Tier 0s (IS and its counterpart) is Project Paragons written by Djkaktus, Just click on it and you will see the detail and vastness of lore it has. We also have the same consistent related stories from the same author here, thirteen chapters
Another example for High Concepts SCP's Coherently stories is Antimemetic Division series written by Qntm (its villain is SCP-3125 aka one of many notable Tier High-1A/0)

Even Placeverse (which is the reason for most of the wiki's Tier 0) is no exception . In fact he and his own friends has Big Coherently stories for High-Concept SCPs (called SCP-6500)

Yeah, I likely won't be changing them now unless something really goes wrong and WoD collapses along with the UK or something.

Also, naturally, only the 1-A and above ones, Vampire ones are undergoing continual change as I pump my 300k P&A blog with more info
