Demon World's space
First off, let's start with the human world.The human world is accepted to be a Low 2-C structure/4D spacetime. It is referred to be a separate dimension from the Demon World, and one can only travel between both worlds through rifts in spacetime.
Now the human world is stated in lore to have been born inside the Demon World, and at different points in time the Demon World has contained multiple other Low 2-C structures at once like the Mirror Dimension (a reflection of the Human World) and Mundus's pocket dimension (an infinite universe). It's worth noting the latter 2 existed at the same time during DMC1.
In order to contain multiple 4D structures simultaneously, as well as giving a birth to one inside of itself, the Demon World should be at least composed of 4 spatial dimensions, which would be infinite due to statements of the of the Demon World being infinite in size (1 2 3). This is supported due to demons being able to perceive and understand 4D spacetime.

This leads to the main topic of this post, which is that the Demon World is shown to have it's own higher form of time that precedes over the human world. The Demon World has it's own flow of time that doesn't match the human world and it's power can drag and summon demons across time, despite them being acausal beings that don't follow the human world's laws and are unaffected by the creation and warping of spacetime loops, which they can freely leave and enter.The Demon World also follows a system of cause-and-effect that spans not only it's own infinite 4D space, but also the creation and alteration of 4D structures within it like an overarching timeline. The birth of the human world marked a "before" and an "after" for the history of the Demon World (which existed before the human world), just like other events like the merge caused by Mundus and the split caused by Sparda.
My proposal is that the Demon World to be upgraded to a Low 1-C structure due to being made up of 4 infinite spatial dimensions + 1 temporal dimension. This would affect all the characters that are currently rated as 2-C like the Sparda family, the Demon Kings and Nightmare.
