Wonder of U (JJBA) Probability manip addition+ limited power null removal

In Tooru page WoU has limited power null based on this :

Limited Power Nullification (Temporarily negated Josuke's manual control over his own ability[13])

But then I just don't see this as being power null like at all since WoU isn't cancelling any attack and it's more like some kind of passive probability manipulation where the opponents attacks just miss .

So based on this I suggest to remove limited power null and replace it with passive probability manip

Power nullification isn't "cancelling an attack'' but it's depriving the ability/attack off of its effectiveness or existence

WoU negating Josuke's control over his bubbles is a clear phenomenon of power nullification so idk why you don't see it as a power null

And about probability manipulations, WoU isn't changing any probable outcome or making the attack miss by turning probability and neither is he making an impossible situation possible, he just negated Josuke's control over the bubbles
