For arc 1, the player should be upgraded to "At least High 4-C" for defeating Malistare. This is because Malistare is stronger than Young Morganthe who did the High 4-C feat, and he was also her teacher.

A fraction of the song of creation made the Broodmother lose all morals and fall under Morganthe's control (it's already on Bartleby's page since he created the song of creation). So Morganthe should get Mind and Morality Manipulation. I don't think she would get creation because that would require the full power of the song, which she couldn't handle

This was rejected before, but I don't think a good enough reason was given. He should have conceptual manipulation. For one, we know he is the manefesation of Shadow and Chaos, which already gives him a good chance of being able to manipulate them at a conceptual level

This may seem like a figure of speech or whatever, but he is the manefestation of chaos, so there's no reason it would be. Controlling something like chaos to this degree, as well as emboding it sounds like concept manipulation to me

honestly with that much control of shadow, and especially chaos across the entirety of the spiral/creation as well as the fact existence requires his shadow and chaos to exist and can unravel it, I don't see why he doesn't have concept manipiulation
Since it's mostly talking about his heart, it woud only apply to the key where he has said heart.
